Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a current certification and state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Proven ability to work with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Experience in administering psychological evaluations and assessments
- Strong ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to educators, families, and support teams
- Collaborative mindset with the capability to work independently as needed
- Familiarity with federal and state special education laws and guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for K-12 students
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and working recommendations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic and behavioral interventions
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards
- Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling when necessary
