As a School Psychologist, you will collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success across multiple grade levels. This is a hands-on, onsite position that values your expertise in evaluations and assessments, as well as your ability to communicate your findings clearly through professional report writing.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credential/license
- Previous experience working with K-12 students is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of special education processes, assessments, and best practices
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to attend and contribute to IEP meetings and work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students
- Analyze and interpret assessment data to guide educational planning
- Write clear, thorough evaluation reports and make actionable recommendations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as an expert resource
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions and supports
- Provide consultation and advocacy to ensure all students’ academic and emotional needs are met
