Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join a school-based team in Indianapolis, IN. This position will support students across K–12 settings through comprehensive assessment, consultation, intervention, and collaboration with educators and families.
Responsibilities
* Conduct initial, reevaluation, and triennial psychoeducational assessments
* Interpret cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional assessment data
* Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports
* Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
* Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
* Provide counseling and social-emotional support as needed
* Assist with behavioral interventions and student support plans
* Support MTSS/RTI initiatives and early intervention efforts
* Maintain accurate documentation and meet special education timelines
Qualifications
* Master’s, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
* Valid Indiana School Psychologist license or eligibility for Indiana licensure
* Previous school-based experience preferred
* Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
* Knowledge of special education procedures and regulations
* Ability to effectively manage a caseload and meet deadlines
Work Environment

* Monday–Friday schedule aligned with the school calendar
