Qualifications:
- Active and valid certification in School Psychology (P-12)
- Experience working with students in educational environments, preferably schools
- Knowledge of best practices for evaluating, diagnosing, and supporting students with diverse learning needs
- Ability to develop and present clear intervention plans and recommendations to staff and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams, including teachers, administrators, and families
- Open to both local and travel candidates
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments for students P-12
- Develop and implement evidence-based intervention strategies and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, families, and other professionals to promote student success
- Provide student counseling and crisis intervention when needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
