Key Qualifications:
- Valid professional license in school psychology
- Background in administering psychological, educational, and autism evaluations (initial and re-evaluations)
- Comfortable navigating ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings and confident sharing evaluation results with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience providing indirect counseling services to students as needed
- Completion of required fingerprinting and drug screening before starting
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee a diverse caseload, with responsibilities tailored to specific campus assignments
- Conduct in-depth psychological assessments and prepare detailed evaluation reports
- Share insights and recommendations during ARD meetings to inform and guide support strategies
- Clearly communicate assessment results to families and school staff
- Provide counseling services as indicated, predominantly through an indirect approach
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation to track student progress and meet all compliance requirements
This full-time contract position encompasses 37.5 hours a week and offers the unique chance to make a difference alongside motivated educators, proactive families, and diverse student populations.
