Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure and certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong background in conducting evaluations and assessments
- Familiarity with developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and administrators
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability to work across multiple school sites (itinerant role)
- Self-motivation and comfort navigating virtual environments if working remotely
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for K-12 students
- Assist in the creation, monitoring, and revision of IEPs
- Deliver consultations, interventions, and counseling as needed
- Provide expertise and support to teams regarding behavioral, academic, and social-emotional issues
- Participate actively in eligibility, placement, and program planning meetings
- Adapt to varying caseloads as student and district needs evolve throughout the school year
