Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
- Current or eligible School Psychologist licensure in Wisconsin
- Demonstrated experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of assessments, IEP development, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students K-12
- Participate actively in the development and monitoring of IEPs, 504 plans, and behavioral support plans
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being
- Provide consultation, crisis intervention, and short-term counseling as needed
- Promote positive school climate and advocate for the mental health needs of all students
