School Psychologist | Kaukauna, Wisconsin

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and supporting IEP processes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with a range of counseling and behavioral strategies in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform psychoeducational assessments and interpret results for the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to identify and address student needs
- Provide direct and indirect counseling and behavioral interventions
- Participate actively in response-to-intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting support plans as needed
- Lead or contribute to professional development, training colleagues and supporting staff development
