- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to address the broader needs of the student body
- Providing professional expertise on best practices in student mental health and learning support
- Maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with district and state regulations
- Adhering to required district policies, including timely completion of credentialing (drug screening and fingerprinting)
Qualifications:
- Valid and active Louisiana DOE Certification as a School Psychologist (required)
- Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to demonstrate empathy, confidentiality, and sound decision-making
- Willingness to complete all time-sensitive credentialing processes promptly
- Flexibility to serve at assignment locations as determined by the district
