Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Texas LSSP License is required
- Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology (or related field)
- Experience conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Knowledge of MTSS/RTI and behavioral interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments for eligibility determination and student support planning
- Deliver direct and indirect services to students, including counseling and consultation
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement intervention strategies
- Support crisis intervention and behavioral management as needed
- Participate in IEP and ARD meetings, providing expertise to support student success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports
