Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students across K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students in need
- Consult with staff and families on strategies to support student learning and behavior
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) frameworks
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Support crisis intervention and provide recommendations for next steps
- Engage in ongoing professional development to strengthen practice
