- Excellent communication and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams

Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results for eligibility and programming decisions
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing recommendations for student supports
- Delivering direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
- Consulting with teachers and parents on strategies for student success
- Supporting data-driven decision making and progress monitoring
