Key Qualifications:
- Arizona School Psychologist certification (required)
- Experience working with adolescents in school settings is preferred
- Strong skills in assessments, observations, and report writing
- Familiarity with the IEP process and participation in meetings
- Demonstrated ability to promote mental health awareness and a supportive learning environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine student needs
- Observe students and collect data to help inform educational interventions
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Foster mental health awareness and best practices among students and staff
- Maintain high standards of documentation and indirect services
