What We’re Looking For:
- Valid and active Texas School Psychologist License
- Recent experience in school-based settings
- Demonstrated skill in conducting Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs)
- Background in managing multiple evaluations and strict timelines
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation for required travel between 3–4 campuses
- Comfort working exclusively onsite—no remote options available
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Student Support Team (SST) meetings to address student needs
- Obtain consent and serve as case manager for Full Individual Evaluations (FIEs)
- Conduct thorough psychoeducational assessments
- Attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings to share evaluation findings
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with state and district guidelines
- Collaborate closely with special education professionals, administrators, teachers, and families
- Support approximately 3–4 campuses within the district, traveling as needed to fulfill student needs
