School Psychologist - Minneapolis, Minnesota

Two openings are available for skilled professionals ready to make a lasting difference throughout the 2026–2027 school year in a collaborative education setting.
Your role will focus on creating safe, supportive learning environments and supporting students’ emotional, academic, and behavioral well-being. You’ll conduct evaluations, deliver direct services, and consult as part of MTSS teams—all while using your specialized knowledge to support students and staff. The exact caseload, schedule (full-time or part-time), and specific grade levels will be determined, allowing for flexibility.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid and active Minnesota School Psychologist credential or license
- Previous experience conducting school-based psychological evaluations and interventions
- Skill in collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
- Knowledge of MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support) and experience with consultation services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to diverse educational environments and caseloads
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments
- Participating in IEP meetings and supporting the development of student plans
- Providing individual or group counseling services as needed
- Consulting with school staff on intervention strategies and student progress
- Working as a part of an interdisciplinary team to foster a positive school climate
