The ideal candidate will have experience conducting evaluations, participating in IEP processes, and providing consultation services within an educational setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Interpret assessment data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Participate in eligibility, evaluation, and IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers
- Assist with the development of academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
- Provide consultation regarding student learning and behavioral needs
- Support special education processes and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a positive and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania School Psychologist Certification required
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Previous school-based experience preferred
