Key Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP credential, Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate, and all PA required clearances
- Previous experience in K-5 school settings is preferred
- Proficiency with EdPlan IEP systems
- Ability to interact consistently and engagingly with elementary students
- Strong communication, flexibility, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical standards—Medicaid billing is not required or expected
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive school-based psychological services to a caseload of approximately 13 K-5 students per day
- Utilize EdPlan to develop, implement, and manage IEPs
- Monitor student progress quarterly without the need for pulling students early for progress report preparation
- Serve as an active collaborator within a supportive, organized charter school environment
- Adapt services and supports to meet individual student needs
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families while promoting social, emotional, and academic growth
