Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology
- Active and valid Wisconsin School Psychologist license
- Demonstrated experience in administering psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- In-depth knowledge of current practices in special education and student support services
- Strong communication and collaborative skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students K-12 across the district
- Collaborate with educators, intervention teams, and administrators to interpret assessment results and develop appropriate educational plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to provide behavioral, emotional, and academic recommendations
- Advocate for student needs by creating and implementing individualized support strategies
- Offer consultation and crisis intervention services as needed
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
