Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychoeducational assessments to guide student support strategies
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Providing individual and group counseling to address social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Participating in data-driven problem-solving and school intervention programs
- Delivering crisis intervention and behavior management strategies as needed
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive school climate across multiple buildings
Qualifications we look for:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state certification (or eligibility) as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication and advocacy skills to engage with staff and families
- Ability to work independently while being an enthusiastic team player
- Comfortable working a hybrid remote schedule (may be considered for this role)
- Reliable transportation; reimbursement available for travel between school sites
