Position Details
We are seeking a Part-Time School Psychologist to support a school-based team in Norfolk, MA. This position will primarily focus on testing and evaluations, with the potential for a small counseling caseload.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conducting evaluations for initial IEPs
- Completing reevaluations
- Conducting evaluations for initial 504 plans
- Completing 504 reevaluations
- Supporting a small group of students through counseling, if needed
- Collaborating with educators, families, and other school-based professionals
Flexible Scheduling
The school is very flexible with scheduling and is open to candidates creating a schedule that works for them, as long as the schedule is consistent.
Options may include:
- Selecting specific days of the week
- Working every day on a part-time basis
- Working half-days
- Other consistent part-time scheduling arrangements
Compensation
$50–$55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Appropriate Massachusetts School Psychologist credentials/licensure
- School-based evaluation and testing experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
