Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong background conducting psychological evaluations and assessments in a school setting
- Experience working with K-12th grade students
- Solid understanding of IEP process, behavioral interventions, and special education requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students as part of special education eligibility and re-evaluation processes
- Write detailed, actionable reports to support student learning and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, families, and administrators—to develop effective interventions
- Support students through consultation, counseling, and crisis intervention as needed
- Help develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide insights and resources to staff and families to enhance student emotional, academic, and behavioral outcomes
