Qualifications & Experience:

- Possess all current PA clearances.

- Proficient in utilizing EdPlan IEP systems for documentation and reporting.
- Comfortable engaging a diverse caseload and establishing rapport with elementary students.
- Display flexibility, consistency, and effective communication skills in daily interactions.
- Experience in charter schools or working within organized districts is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to K-5 students with a daily caseload of approximately 13.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans efficiently.
- Conduct regular progress monitoring quarterly, with no expectation to pull students off schedule for data gathering.
- Collaborate closely with staff and families to ensure a cohesive support system for all students.
- Maintain accurate documentation while supporting students' academic and social development.
