- Valid license or certification as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience working in a school or educational environment
- Strong skills in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and implementing Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
- Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities with students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), special education processes, and crisis intervention
- Ability to adapt to dynamic school environments and diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative psychological services to students, supporting academic, behavioral, and social-emotional success
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to design and monitor intervention plans
- Support students through facilitation of small group or individual counseling as needed
- Assist in developing strategies for classroom management and behavioral intervention
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality and compliance standards
- Participate in school-wide initiatives promoting mental health and positive school climate
