As a School Psychologist, you will play an integral role for grades 1-5, impacting the lives of approximately 450 students. Your primary responsibility will be conducting re-evaluations and initial evaluations, including all facets of the assessment process—administering tests, completing detailed reports, and leading essential meetings.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (state requirements apply)
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated skills in psychoeducational assessments for elementary-age students
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities
- Capability to independently manage re-evaluations, initial assessments, and related meetings
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students in grades 1-5
- Accurately document findings and prepare detailed evaluation reports
- Lead meetings with parents, teachers, and interdisciplinary teams to discuss results and interventions
- Collaborate with school staff to support student learning and well-being
