Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in K-12, preferably with middle school populations
- Strong skills in conducting psychological assessments and developing intervention plans
- Ability to facilitate group and individual counseling sessions
- Familiarity with Response to Intervention (RTI), Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention strategies
- Consult with teachers, families, and support staff to address student learning or behavioral challenges
- Participate in eligibility, IEP, and intervention team meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
- Support positive behavioral frameworks and school-wide initiatives
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with all regulations
