Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or Educational Psychology
- 2+ years of school-based psychologist experience
- Valid Illinois PEL with School Psychologist Endorsement

- Persistent and intentional approach to advancing the well-being of each student
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assessment, intervention, and support for students with academic or social-emotional barriers to learning
- Collaborate actively with SPED, 504, and MTSS teams to identify and implement individualized plans
- Guide Tier 3 intervention and progress monitoring processes within MTSS frameworks
- Maintain 90-100% compliance with special education and intervention requirements, delivering timely documents and reports
- Engage with families, teachers, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive student support
- Lead and share professional development on best practices and current research within the psychology and broader school community
- Maintain meticulous documentation of services, interventions, and progress, upholding strict confidentiality
- Serve as a knowledgeable liaison and resource for teams and parents, supporting understanding of child development and learning disorders
- Demonstrate consistent attendance and participation in school and network meetings
