Key Qualifications:
- Must hold a current license as a school psychologist in Oklahoma
- Experience with psychoeducational assessments and interventions across K-12 preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with staff, students, and families
- Familiarity with school-based mental health support, MTSS/RTI, and IEP processes is beneficial
- Ability to travel between multiple schools as part of weekly responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and interpret data to support student learning and development
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to identify and implement effective strategies for students’ success
- Provide direct counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
- Assist in developing and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct regular progress reviews
- Support a positive and inclusive school climate and contribute to staff and family education around mental health
