Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with a broad caseload of K-12 students, including Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School populations
- Familiarity with assessments, behavioral interventions, and developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect support to K-12 students, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention
- Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop strategies that enhance learning and address student needs
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special services
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to design and implement evidence-based interventions
- Support positive school climate initiatives and facilitate social-emotional learning programs
