Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified as a School Psychologist (CCC-SLP, PA Teaching Certificate)
- Holds all required Pennsylvania clearances
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly in charter schools, is beneficial
- Comfortable using EdPlan IEP software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Adaptable, engaging, and dependable in a school setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for K-5 students to support learning and behavioral needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Monitor progress on a quarterly basis—progress monitoring does not involve additional student pull-outs before report deadlines
- Maintain clear, consistent documentation in compliance with district and state policies
- Serve as a trusted resource for student mental health, development, and crisis intervention
- Uphold best practices and ethical standards in educational psychology
