Key Qualifications:
- Valid California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) credential in School Psychology.
- Previous experience working with elementary school populations is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, families, and educational staff.
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop intervention strategies, and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- A deep commitment to fostering student growth, resilience, and academic achievement.
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs.
- Provide direct counseling and intervention to students, both individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement effective strategies that promote students’ emotional and behavioral wellness.
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings to create and monitor support plans.
- Promote safe, inclusive, and positive learning environments across all assigned settings.
