Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or higher degree in School Psychology
- Valid state certification as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience working with high school-aged students strongly preferred
- Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time, with the potential for some remote flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations for high school students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Offer counseling services and interventions to support academic and emotional growth
- Assist with crisis intervention and behavioral strategies as needed
- Contribute as a valued member of multidisciplinary teams addressing students’ learning, behavioral, and mental health needs
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
