School Psychologist - Plymouth, MI

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid School Psychologist certification/license (or eligibility for certification in the state)
- Experience conducting psychological assessments and writing comprehensive evaluation reports
- Knowledge of interventions, Response to Intervention (RTI), and Special Education eligibility criteria
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across K–12 settings
- Previous experience in a school-based role preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments to support academic planning, special education eligibility, and intervention recommendations
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies for student success
- Provide direct and indirect counseling and behavioral support services as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEPs and eligibility determination
- Support and help implement district-wide initiatives promoting positive mental health and inclusive practices
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards at all times
