- Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist

- Proficient in developing and guiding individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Participate in IEP and 504 plan meetings, offering expert guidance on student accommodations
- Gather and analyze data to monitor student progress and recommend further actions as needed
