What you’ll need:
- Valid New Jersey Psychologist credential or certification
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in an educational setting
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to support student learning and well-being
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed for students
- Offer recommendations and support for behavioral and academic interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure a holistic approach to student support
- Maintain accurate records and comply with ethical and legal standards
