Requirements:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
- Prior experience working within K–12 school settings.
- Familiarity with pediatric assessments, intervention planning, and counseling.
- Skilled in conducting multi-tiered support services (MTSS/RtI).
- Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
- Eligible for or currently active state licensure in School Psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and functional behavioral assessments.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to design and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide crisis intervention and consultative services.
- Deliver counseling to students, either individually or in groups, supporting their social and emotional health.
- Engage in data-driven decision-making to enhance student outcomes.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development opportunities.
