School Psychologist | Redford, Michigan

You’ll engage with a diverse caseload, offering your expertise to students across all grade levels—from Kindergarten through 12th grade.
As a valued team member, you’ll work approximately 15-20 hours per week following a flexible schedule, generally within the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Your contributions will center around conducting evaluations, participating in IEP meetings, consulting with staff and families, and supporting students’ social-emotional and academic growth. The preferred start date aligns with the return to school in September.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure/certification as a School Psychologist
- Proven experience delivering psychoeducational assessments and participating in multidisciplinary teams
- Comfortable supporting a K-12 caseload and adapting to varying student needs
- Collaborative attitude with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with special education procedures and legal requirements
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students across all grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers
- Help develop and monitor individualized educational plans
- Provide counseling, interventions, and crisis response when needed
- Advise staff on behavioral and academic supports
- Uphold ethical standards while maintaining accurate records
