Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current state licensure as a School Psychologist is required
- Experience working with students from Kindergarten through 12th grade preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessments, educational interventions, and IEP process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators and families
- Ability to support students' academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Flexible and adaptable to work with a variety of ages and needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results
- Participate in eligibility determinations for special education and 504 plans
- Develop and implement intervention strategies for students in grades K-12
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and parents/guardians
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and attend meetings as required
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
- Support crisis intervention and prevention efforts as needed
