Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active School Psychologist certification required
- Experience working across elementary, middle, and high school settings is preferred
- Strong understanding of child and adolescent development
- Proficient in conducting assessments, writing reports, and developing recommendations for interventions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities:
- Administer a variety of psychoeducational assessments for students in grades K–12
- Interpret assessment results and provide actionable feedback for educational planning
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate on intervention strategies
- Offer direct and consultative support to staff, students, and families to foster students’ academic and social-emotional well-being
- Support crisis intervention, counseling, and behavioral management as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with professional standards
