Make a meaningful impact in students’ lives by providing essential psychological services in a dynamic K-12 educational environment! We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver school psychology services on-site in the St. Louis, MO and Jennings, MO areas, with a contract beginning as soon as possible and extending through late May 2027. This opportunity involves supporting general and special education populations across two schools, with a strong focus on Child Find activities and special education evaluations.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active certification through the Missouri Department of Education (MO DOE) as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting comprehensive special education evaluations and working with K–12 age groups
- Comfort in managing a caseload of 8–10 special education cases at any given time, totaling approximately 32 cases annually
- Up-to-date fingerprinting, and ability to provide a TCN number for district confirmation
- Willingness to complete additional district technology forms as part of credentialing
- Previous experience in multiple school settings and familiarity with Child Find processes preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site psychological assessments, consultations, and support within public school settings
- Collaborate closely with special education teams to identify and address student needs as part of the Child Find mandate
- Interpret assessment results for multidisciplinary teams and families
- Document evaluations, maintain case records, and deliver clear, actionable feedback
- Deliver services that comply with district, state, and federal regulations
