School Psychologist - Saint Paul, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education School Psychologist License required
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist, preferably in early learning environments
- Strong expertise in conducting a variety of student evaluations
- Familiarity with MTSS processes, implementation, and support strategies
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for early learners, identifying strengths and areas of need
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement effective support plans
- Provide actionable recommendations and follow up for students requiring interventions within the MTSS framework
- Offer consultative expertise on best practices in early childhood development and behavioral supports
- Maintain detailed and accurate records to ensure compliance and facilitate communication among stakeholders
