This contract role runs from August 31, 2026, through winter break on December 18, 2026, covering two maternity leaves. In this full-time, onsite position (40 hours per week), you will play a key role in shaping positive outcomes for students by delivering comprehensive psychological services.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota School Psychologist license or certification required
- Prior experience developing IEP goals and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) using Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Proficient in interpreting and implementing state and federal education codes, statutes, and regulations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, consultations, and provide direct psychological support to students
- Participate in the development and execution of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Create and monitor Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) guided by Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and administrators to promote student well-being and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, supportive school culture
