Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students by providing essential psychological services in a dynamic school setting. This contract opportunity offers a full-time, on-site position for a dedicated School Psychologist to support students and staff within a collaborative and supportive environment. You will primarily work across two campuses, engaging with a diverse population of learners and educators.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Missouri Department of Education (MO DOE) certification as a School Psychologist
- Experience conducting special education evaluations and Child Find assessments
- Familiarity with K-12 student populations and special education processes
- Ability to manage multiple cases with strong organizational and communication skills
- Compliance with district fingerprinting and background check protocols (TCN number required)
- Willingness to complete required technology documentation for the district
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive evaluations for special education eligibility in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Perform Child Find assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Support students’ social-emotional needs through consultation and intervention planning
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams to develop and monitor individualized education plans
- Maintain detailed and timely documentation to support compliance with district and state requirements
- Engage with a caseload of 8-10 students at any given time and complete approximately 32 evaluations annually
This position is a full-time contract, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, running through the end of the academic year in May 2027. The role allows you to build meaningful connections in the school community while advancing your expertise as a School Psychologist.
