Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist credential (California PPS in School Psychology or eligible out-of-state equivalent)
- Experience working with K-12 students across a range of disabilities and backgrounds
- Strong assessment, consultation, and counseling skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes, MTSS/RTI, and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills valued, but not mandatory
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver psychological assessments, develop IEP goals, and support eligibility determinations
- Provide direct counseling and mental health services to students individually or in group settings
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with families, teachers, and specialists
- Assist in crisis intervention, behavior planning, and classroom support
- Serve students across multiple grade levels (K-12) at both primary and supporting school sites
- Promote positive learning environments and advocate for students’ diverse needs
