Desired Qualifications:
- Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
- Valid or eligible School Psychologist certification/licensure for the state of Washington
- Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, interventions, and report writing
- Proven ability to consult with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psycho-educational assessments and interpret results to inform educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement effective interventions and strategies
- Provide consultation and support on academic, behavioral, and mental health needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and student support team processes
- Deliver crisis intervention, counseling, and prevention services as needed
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all applicable state and federal regulations
