Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold an active and valid license as a School Psychologist.
- Demonstrated experience working in a K-12 school setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, families, and support staff.
- Proficiency with assessment tools and report writing.
- Compassionate approach in supporting students’ individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for students identified as needing support services.
- Prepare timely, accurate reports that contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and intervention plans.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to interpret evaluation results and recommend evidence-based interventions.
- Offer consultation and guidance to staff and families regarding student learning, behavior, and emotional concerns.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional practices outlined for school psychologists.
