- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to guide special education eligibility and intervention planning
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavioral and academic interventions
- Provide individual and group counseling to promote students’ social-emotional well-being
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes
- Serve as a vital member of Individualized Education Program (IEP) and other multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with staff and families to foster positive learning environments and support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
