Key Qualifications:
- Hold current certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Demonstrated experience with psychoeducational assessments in school settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes, Section 504 plans, and MTSS/RTI frameworks
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize a substantial testing caseload (prior experience with 60+ students beneficial)
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for learners of all backgrounds
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and educational assessments, addressing a testing caseload similar to last year’s volume (approximately 70 students)
- Interpret assessment results and generate clear, actionable evaluation reports
- Collaborate with special education teams regarding eligibility, services, and interventions
- Consult with teachers and parents, offering guidance on student learning, behavior, and well-being
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development and review
- Deliver counseling or intervention services as needed and appropriate within the school context
