ProCare Therapy is an education staffing agency that is currently seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a partnering school district. This position is an excellent opportunity to work within an instructional support team, helping students succeed through evidence-based behavioral interventions while coaching and training school staff.
Position Details
- Full-time, school-based position
- 32.5 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Work as part of the district's instructional support team

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Observe students and classrooms to assess behavioral needs and support effective intervention implementation
- Monitor the integrity and fidelity of BIP implementation across educational settings
- Analyze behavioral data and provide recommendations to improve student outcomes
- Provide ongoing coaching, consultation, and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school personnel
- Collaborate with administrators, special education teams, related service providers, and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
- Support district-wide behavior initiatives and positive behavior support practices
- Ensure compliance with applicable special education and behavioral service requirements
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Knowledge of special education processes, behavioral assessment, and intervention planning
- Strong consultation, training, and collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
