Qualifications:
- State credential as a school psychologist (or eligibility for Connecticut certification)
- Experience serving youth in a school setting
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Desire to master new systems and contribute to school-wide student success
- (For paraprofessionals: Fluency in ASL is not required, but strong proficiency is welcome)
Responsibilities:
- Offer assessments, counseling, and interventions to support student well-being
- Consult with educators and families to develop effective plans
- Travel among multiple assigned schools within the district
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of IEPs and/or behavior plans
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and multidisciplinary meetings
