This position is open to both onsite and virtual professionals, with a full-time schedule beginning July 27th, 2026 and running through May 28th, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Virginia Psychologist license
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 settings preferred
- Skilled in conducting assessments, interpreting results, and developing IEPs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Adaptable to both in-person and virtual service delivery models
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional ethics
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic assessments
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective support plans
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, providing insights for student evaluations
- Design and support behavioral interventions for students
- Contribute to IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
